Midland Toyota / Ellenbrook Toyota – Full Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter, campaign period and eligibility

1. The promoter is Midland 2015 Pty Ltd (ABN 39 606 139 146), trading as Midland Toyota and Ellenbrook Toyota (Promoter). Participating dealerships are Midland Toyota, 163–169 Great Eastern Highway, Midland WA 6056, and Ellenbrook Toyota, 1 Comserv Loop, Ellenbrook WA 6069.
2. The Drive It Home for Christmas promotion runs from 9 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive (Promotional Period). All stated times are Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
3. The promotion applies to eligible in-stock vehicles sold at the participating dealerships and capable of delivery by 31 December 2026. The vehicle must be purchased during the Promotional Period and delivered by 31 December 2026. Factory orders and undelivered or cancelled purchases do not qualify. If a purchase contract is cancelled, rescinded, terminated, unwound or refunded for any reason, any entitlement to a promotional benefit or prize draw entry automatically ceases.
4. Fleet purchases and purchases for rental or hire fleets are excluded from this campaign and all its promotional benefits. Vehicle sale classification is determined by the participating dealership’s sales records, subject to applicable law.
5. The $500 Gift Card offer, SmartProtect Roadside Assistance offer and prize draws are separate benefits and may be combined only when each offer’s criteria are met. Other discounts, price promotions and offers cannot be combined with a benefit unless expressly allowed in these Terms & Conditions.
6. Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

2. $500 Australia Post Gift Card by Mastercard®

7. A customer who purchases and takes delivery of an eligible in-stock new Toyota or Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle during the Promotional Period is entitled to one physical Australia Post Gift Card by Mastercard® loaded with $500 per eligible vehicle, subject to the following criteria.
8. The vehicle must be purchased at its full advertised list price, without a negotiated discount or price reduction. A vehicle sold at a discounted or specially reduced price (including an advertised “Car of the Week” discount) is not eligible for this $500 Gift Card. Such a sale may nevertheless qualify for SmartProtect and its dealership prize draw.
9. The physical Gift Card will be provided after vehicle delivery with a $500 loaded face value. The Promoter will meet card purchase or activation charges, which will not reduce its loaded value. The card is not transferable, reloadable or exchangeable for cash or another benefit, except as required by law.
10. Australia Post Gift Card by Mastercard® issuer terms apply, including activation, expiry, use limitations and any applicable fees. The product information and full issuer conditions are available via auspost.com.au/giftcards.

3. Complimentary four-year SmartProtect Roadside Assistance

11. Complimentary SmartProtect Roadside Assistance is available with all otherwise eligible in-stock new and used vehicles purchased and delivered during the Promotional Period, including otherwise eligible discounted vehicles, subject to the SmartProtect provider’s eligibility criteria and exclusions.
12. The SmartProtect plan provides up to 48 months of conditional cover from the Cover Commencement Date specified in the customer’s fulfilment document: General Cover for the first 12 months and Platinum Extras Cover for the following 36 months, conditional on maintaining eligibility. This is a 48-month plan, not a new policy issued each year.
13. To maintain SmartProtect eligibility, the vehicle must be serviced during the plan period at an Eligible Dealership in accordance with the manufacturer’s service specifications and the vehicle owner’s manual. For these conditions, “Eligible Dealership” means Midland Toyota, Ellenbrook Toyota or another AutoLeague dealership accepted under the SmartProtect provider contract. Failure to comply with the provider’s eligibility requirements may affect entitlement to Roadside Assistance benefits in accordance with the provider’s terms.
14. The SmartProtect provider contract sets out the service benefits, limits and exclusions. Its General Cover includes specified breakdown towing, flat battery, tyre, fuel and lockout support. Platinum Extras Cover adds conditional towing, hire-car, accommodation and ambulance benefits. Callout frequency and other limits, additional charges and exclusions apply; scheduled servicing, repairs and maintenance are not included free of charge.
15. SmartProtect is a mymoto member offering. The 24-hour package is issued by Kacare Pty Ltd and provided and administered by Australia Wide Assist (ABN 93 061 656 184). The customer’s SmartProtect fulfilment documentation controls the detailed coverage conditions. Roadside Assistance telephone: 1800 651 111.

4. Two separate prize draws — one prize per dealership

16. Eligible customers automatically receive one entry per eligible vehicle purchased and delivered during the Promotional Period into the draw for the dealership from which that vehicle was purchased. Midland Toyota sales enter the Midland Toyota draw; Ellenbrook Toyota sales enter the Ellenbrook Toyota draw. No form, social-media engagement or additional payment is required. Vehicle prices are not increased because of prize draw entry.
17. Fleet and rental purchases are not eligible. Employees of the Promoter or participating dealerships, and their immediate family members (spouse or partner, parents, children and siblings), are excluded from both $2,000 prize draws. Provided other offer criteria are met, those employees and family members remain eligible for the $500 Gift Card and complimentary SmartProtect offers.
18. One separate, randomly selected winner will be drawn from each participating dealership’s eligible entries. Each eligible entry has an equal chance within its own dealership draw. A customer is not required to attend the draw; no entry from one dealership will be added to the other dealership’s draw.
19. The two draws will be conducted at Midland Toyota, 163–169 Great Eastern Highway, Midland WA 6056, on Monday, 11 January 2027, and both will be completed by 3:00 pm AWST. For each dealership, the Promoter will create a numbered list of eligible entries from verified sales and delivery records and use an electronic random number generator to select one winning entry. The drawing process will be filmed, and the video, eligible-entry lists, selection results and verification records retained. Public observation will be made possible where practicable; otherwise the recorded audit material will be retained and produced to authorised officers if requested.
20. Each dealership will award one prize consisting of four (4) physical Australia Post Gift Cards by Mastercard®, each loaded with $500. Each dealership prize has a combined face value of $2,000. There are two dealership prizes in total, with an aggregate face value of $4,000 across the campaign (eight $500 cards). The Promoter will bear associated card purchase and activation fees. Cards are subject to issuer terms, fees, restrictions and expiry.
21. Prizes and entries are not transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits except as required by law. The Promoter will verify each provisional winner’s eligibility before confirming the award.
22. For each draw, the Promoter will attempt to notify the provisional winner using the telephone number and email address recorded at purchase. If not successfully contacted, the Promoter will make at least three separate telephone attempts and three separate email attempts spread over seven consecutive calendar days after the draw (11–18 January 2027), and keep a dated record of each attempt. An entrant who expressly declines the prize forfeits that prize.
23. If a provisional winner remains uncontactable after the above six attempts over the seven-day period, a replacement draw for that dealership’s prize will be conducted at Midland Toyota on 19 January 2027, by 3:00 pm AWST, from the remaining eligible entries for the same dealership, using the same recorded electronic random-selection procedure. The Promoter will take equivalent reasonable notification steps for a replacement winner. This redraw process is subject to applicable law and any direction of the relevant regulator.
24. The verified winner for each dealership will be notified directly before any announcement on the participating dealerships’ official Facebook pages. Identifying information will be made public only with any necessary consent and in accordance with privacy law; refusal of public identification alone will not invalidate an otherwise eligible prize claim.
25. The draws are administered solely by the Promoter and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Australia Post, Mastercard, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from liability arising from participation in the prize draw. No Facebook or Instagram like, share, comment, follow or tagging action is a condition of entry.

5. Advertising, privacy and administration

26. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who purchase and take delivery of an eligible vehicle from a participating dealership during the Promotional Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions. The promotion is conducted in Western Australia. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with any laws applicable in their State or Territory of residence.
27. Electronic, video and social advertisements concerning the prize draws will identify both dealership prizes accurately (two prizes of $2,000 each, $4,000 in aggregate) and provide a prominent and functional direction to these complete Terms & Conditions. Printed promotions will comply with any additional applicable disclosure rules.
28. Personal information obtained through the qualifying vehicle purchase will be used to identify eligible entries, conduct and audit the draws, verify and notify winners, and deliver prizes, in accordance with applicable privacy obligations. Entry does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated promotional communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at the participating dealerships and on the Promoter’s website.
29. The Promoter will retain appropriate records relating to entry eligibility, the drawings, film records, contact attempts, prizes and winner verification for at least 12 months and make records available when lawfully required. The conditions will be available at the dealerships and via the relevant campaign websites during the promotion.
30. Where a vehicle is purchased by a corporation, partnership, trust or other entity, the purchaser named on the vehicle contract will be the entrant. Any prize will be awarded to that purchaser unless otherwise determined by the Promoter acting reasonably.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, manipulated or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, administrative errors or other causes beyond its reasonable control affecting the conduct of the promotion, provided that nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
32. Subject to applicable law, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, regulatory requirements or administrative necessity.
